U.S. Olympic swimmer surprises Utah children in Sandy

The kids at SwimLabs in Sandy received swim lessons on Saturday – and they were from a very special guest.

Gold medal Olympic swimmer Jason Lezak stopped by to share some of his stories of winning multiple gold medals across four Olympic games. He also gave the kids pointers on technique and on life.

“It wasn’t always an easy road,” Lezak told News4Utah. “They’re going to have ups and downs and they are going to make mistakes. I made plenty of them. But how do you come back from those? How do you respond?”
