Over 1,600 people swim in Cross-Continental Race across Istanbul’s Bosphorus

Turkish swimmer Hasan Emre Musluoğlu has won the 26th edition of the Cross-Continental Swimming Race, which took place in Istanbul on July 20.

Musluoğlu crossed the Bosphorus, the straight that divides Asia and Europe, in 41 minutes and 26 seconds.

Fellow Turkish swimmer Bertuğ Coşkun came second with 42 minutes 58 seconds, followed by Russian swimmer Egor Savchenko with 41 minutes 34 seconds.
